Kate Mackinnon is an accomplished CranioSacral therapist, author, speaker, and Alternative Healing Arts Practitioner based in Livermore, California. With over 30 years of experience, Kate specializes in CranioSacral Therapy and Distance Energy Healing. She holds diplomate certification in CranioSacral Therapy from the Upledger Institute and is a Certified Master Practitioner for Distance Energy Healing from the Core®.

Through her Collaborative Navigation of Your Health & Wellness practice, Kate uses touch to support her clients of all ages. Her goal is to help people create comfort and ease in their bodies by accessing their own self-healing mechanism. Kate has seen remarkable results in her clients using CranioSacral Therapy and has published a book titled From my Hands and Heart: Achieving Health and Balance with CranioSacral Therapy, endorsed by Dr.
