KMG18

Krav Maga Global 18 (KMG18) is a local club affiliated with Krav Maga Global, an international organisation dedicated to the practice and teaching of Krav Maga. The club offers self-defence training for adults and juniors aged 14 and over, welcoming women and men, beginners and experienced practitioners alike. No previous martial arts experience or particular fitness level is required; sessions are designed to help each participant progress at their own pace.

Led by a qualified instructor, classes follow a structured, progressive teaching approach in a serious, friendly and safe environment. Training develops four key areas: physical fitness, technique, tactics and mental resilience. Participants can build practical self-defence skills while improving confidence, self-control and the ability to respond to everyday situations.

KMG18 holds classes on Tuesdays in Trouy, near Bourges, and on Wednesdays and Thursdays in Saint-Georges-de-Poisieux, near Saint-Amand-Montrond. The club is also affiliated with the French Federation of Workers’ Sport. For the 2026–2027 season, it offers two free trial sessions, with membership information available through the club.
