Rompetrol

Rompetrol is the main brand of KMG International, an energy hub between Europe and Central Asia that produces and delivers energy products to 11 main markets, helping people get further and improving their everyday lives. With a workforce of over 5,000 employees, KMG International operates across Europe and Central Asia, focusing on trading, refining and petrochemicals, retail and marketing, and other services in the oil industry. KMG International was previously known as Rompetrol Group N.

V until 2014 when it was renamed as part of the strategy to integrate all activities within NC KazMunayGas JSC, the Group's shareholder and Kazakhstan's national oil and gas operator. Rompetrol is responsible for the refining, petrochemicals, and retail activities in Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Georgia, as well as well services in the upstream area. The company's assets include the Petromidia refinery, the largest in Romania, and the Vega refinery.

Additionally, KMG International operates over 1,300 distribution points across European countries under the Rompetrol brand. With a strong focus on sustainability, Rompetrol is committed to delivering high-quality energy products while minimizing their environmental impact
