KMRSD

Krav Maga Realistic Self Defence (KMRSD) is a self-defence and martial arts school based in Munich-Solln, offering practical Krav Maga training for children and adults. Its approach focuses on realistic situations and readily applicable techniques rather than show fighting or elaborate movements. Drawing on methods informed by police, security and martial arts, classes are designed to suit different ages, fitness levels and previous experience.

Adult training develops self-defence skills and confidence, while children’s classes, available from age six, combine self-protection with fitness, coordination and conditioning in a playful, values-oriented setting. KMRSD also runs regular specialist seminars covering topics such as defence against knives and sticks, protecting another person, and responding to stressful scenarios. Prospective members can try two training sessions before deciding whether to join.
