KM Self Defense is a Krav Maga training center in Caldwell, Idaho, offering practical self-defense instruction for adults and children ages 6 to 12. The school is led by owner and instructor Kimberly Mills, a Krav Maga Worldwide certified instructor with a first-degree black belt and additional credentials and coaching experience, including a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt.
