About KMSTC
Kherson Maritime Specialised Training Center (KMSTC) is a highly regarded brand in the maritime industry, offering a wide range of training and education services for seafarers. Founded in 2016 at Kherson State Maritime Academy (KSMA), KMSTC plays a crucial role in the International Maritime Cluster "IT Chamber of Education and Training of Seafarers".
The cluster aims to integrate IT technologies into the educational environment of KSMA and KMSTC, providing a higher quality of education and training. With qualified personnel and purpose-built facilities, KMSTC offers STCW courses, specialized training for offshore workers, and other courses for merchant fleet crewmembers.
As an accredited organization by OPITO and BUREAU VERITAS ISO 9001:2015, KMSTC ensures that its training and assessment services meet both national and international requirements. The center also actively participates in industry events, such as the OPITO Award Criteria of Offshore Safety and Competence conference.
