Knap Lastig is a children’s and youth coaching practice in Breda, founded and run by coach Marjolijn Tol. The practice supports children and their parents when family life feels difficult or a child is not thriving. Its coaching helps address challenges such as anxiety and fear of failure, low self-esteem, difficulties making contact with other children, reluctance to attend school, anger, and processing significant or upsetting experiences.
Rather than focusing only on problems, Marjolijn looks at a child’s strengths and abilities, helping build on them to find ways to resolve difficulties or cope with them. Knap Lastig also offers dedicated programs, including the #NoFilter girls’ training, parent training, and Start Smart, a survival guide for the transition to secondary school. Support is available for concerns at home, in relationships, and around school.
Parents can arrange a free introductory meeting and contact the practice by phone or email to ask questions or learn more. Consultations take place in Breda
