Trustburn

Trustburn is an online platform for discovering and sharing customer reviews of companies. It helps people make informed decisions by offering access to reviews from real customers, with more than 20 million reviewers and over 23 million companies tracked. Users can search a database of more than 540,000 companies, read feedback, rate businesses from one to five stars, and submit their own reviews for free. Companies not yet listed can be added to the platform.

Trustburn says reviews are checked using automated quality and spam scoring, alongside manual monitoring, and that the reviews displayed in its live feed rotate over time. Sponsored business placements are visibly labeled as Featured. For businesses, Trustburn provides tools to claim a profile, reply to reviews, add owner photos, and publish company news and press releases. Its business plans include options such as a Growth+ profile backlink, while a Starter+ plan allows companies to claim their business for free.
