Knowledge Tap

Knowledge Tap BV is a Netherlands-based senior finance consultancy founded by Andrew Siebert CA(SA), with interim financial control led by René Siebert CA(SA). It helps multi-entity, multi-currency businesses connect group financial reporting with operational realities, particularly during mergers, transformation and periods of change. Drawing on senior in-house finance experience, the consultancy builds practical capabilities—not just recommendations—including financial models, reporting tools and close routines that client teams can continue using after handover.

Its services include interim financial control, post-merger financial integration, financial planning and analysis, project and portfolio profitability, KPI frameworks, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Knowledge Tap also supports working-capital improvement, cost structures, finance systems and consolidation, including OneStream and ERP transformation involving Dynamics CRM and Oracle Fusion Cloud. Engagements can be defined transformation projects, interim or consulting mandates, knowledge-transfer and coaching support, or ongoing strategic advice to finance leaders. The firm focuses on creating consistent definitions, reliable reporting and clearer insight for decision-making across business units, helping finance teams and operational leaders work from a shared understanding of performance.
