Koala Childcare Agency is a childcare and nanny-matching service for families in Bogotá, Chía, Cajicá, and the surrounding Sabana region. The agency focuses on creating safe, emotionally compatible relationships between families and caregivers, considering a child’s needs, family routines, and parenting style—not just a nanny’s experience. Its process includes assessing the family and child, defining a suitable caregiver profile, and presenting candidates for parents to interview and select. Koala also describes security checks, reference validation, and an external polygraph service as part of its screening options.

Families can hire a nanny through Koala, with legal employment, ongoing reports and support, and guaranteed replacements included in the agency’s care service. Alternatively, its Koala Match Baby headhunter plan helps families find and hire a nanny directly, with professional guidance and optional security screening. Additional features include personalized routines, risk-prevention planning, emotional follow-up, and tools informed by neuroscience, secure attachment, and child development.
