København ITF Taekwon-Do Klub, also presented as KBH Taekwondo, offers ITF Taekwon-Do training in Copenhagen for children and adults of different ages and experience levels. Its classes combine physical practice with technique and theory, with an emphasis on making training enjoyable and adapting sessions to participants’ abilities.
The Miniorer & Aspiranter group is for children aged 8–14, and welcomes beginners as well as more experienced students. The adult group is for people aged 15 and over, regardless of fitness, age or prior experience; students of all belt colours train together, with consideration for individual levels. Members attending regular classes can also use the club’s free-training option, usually held on weekends, for additional practice.
Children’s classes take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 18:00 to 19:00, adult classes on the same days from 19:00 to 20:30, and free training on Saturdays from 10:00 to 13:00. The club also provides information about grading and training syllabuses. It is located at Bernhard Bangs Allé 43, 2000 Frederiksberg.
