Its range includes fresh fish, such as bluefin tuna and wild-caught varieties from the French coast, alongside seafood including oysters, lobster, shellfish, and squid.

The company also offers preserved fresh edible seaweeds and coastal plants, valued for their distinctive flavors and culinary versatility. Meat selections include beef, veal, lamb, pork, and poultry in various cuts and maturation styles. Other products include specialty oils and vinegars, Japanese ingredients, sushi rice, miso, fresh yuzu, seasonal produce, flowers, and Spanish convenience foods.

KOCHSTOFF sources seafood from locations across Europe and beyond, buying fresh products twice weekly from small ports, specialist producers, and Paris’s Rungis wholesale market. It aims to meet customers’ requests, including unusual product needs, for culinary use
