KoelFit

KoelFit is a sports and fitness studio in Almere, founded by owner and kickboxing enthusiast Sharita and opened on 1 February 2023. Its goal is to make exercise a lasting part of everyday life, helping people build strength, confidence and healthier habits through varied training in a supportive setting. Kickboxing is central to the studio’s approach, with classes designed to develop technique, fitness and mindset.

The programme also includes children’s kickboxing for ages five to twelve, fitness training, Full Body Workout, Yin Yoga and Pilates. These options allow members to work on strength and endurance, improve posture and core stability, or focus on stretching and relaxation. KoelFit welcomes beginners as well as more experienced participants, and offers free trial lessons for people interested in trying a class.
