Koellestrainer

Koellestrainer is a sports coaching business founded by Jessica and Moritz Arnold, who combine their passion for tennis and fitness with a focus on helping clients work toward personal goals. Both are active competitive tennis players, and their coaching draws on practical experience in sport-specific strength, endurance and athletic training.

The brand offers tennis lessons for individuals and groups, personal player support, competition coaching, tennis camps and tennis trips in Germany and abroad. Clients can also take part in events combining tennis and fitness. Fitness services include group classes, personal training, tennis-specific athletic conditioning, mobility work, injury prevention, and individual training and nutrition planning. Seasonal group training helps tennis players stay active and maintain their fitness during winter.

Moritz holds a fitness trainer B licence from the German Sport University Cologne and has experience leading group and personal sessions. Jessica has coached children, young people and adults and holds a C-level tennis coaching licence from the Tennis Association of the Middle Rhine.
