The Koganecho Area Management Center, located in Yokohama's Naka Ward, is a non-profit organization dedicated to revitalizing the "Koganecho" area, which includes Hatsunecho, Koganecho, and Hinodecho. Established in 2009, the center emerged from the success of the 2008 Koganecho Bazaar art festival, focusing on community development through artistic initiatives.

In collaboration with local residents, authorities, police, universities, and artists, the center aims to transform the neighborhood, once known for its illegal establishments, into a vibrant, creative community.
