Koha Cafe

Koha Cafe is a community-based vegetarian cafe and social hub in Warburton, in Victoria’s Yarra Valley. Guided by a pay-what-you-can approach, it welcomes everyone to enjoy a nutritious meal and contribute what they can afford or feel the food is worth. The cafe’s work is rooted in inclusion, community connection and self-reliance, with a focus on supporting people experiencing economic or social disadvantage and those who may feel isolated.

Koha serves meals on Thursday evenings from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, while food is available; visitors are encouraged to arrive early because the kitchen may close when supplies run out. The organisation aims to source produce locally and welcomes donations of fresh garden produce. Community members can also support Koha by volunteering or donating.

Koha’s venue is available to hire for personal and community events.
