Koha Cuisine is a private dining and catering service based in Greater Brisbane, offering distinctive in-home culinary experiences for gatherings and special occasions. Led by private chef Nicholas Jowett-Moore, the business creates bespoke menus tailored to each event, bringing restaurant-quality dining into the comfort of clients’ homes. Chef Nick draws on more than 15 years of experience in restaurants and private catering, including work with Michelin-starred and hatted restaurants in New Zealand, Australia and London.

After 18 years of developing his craft, he focuses on showcasing the best of Queensland and Australian produce and cuisine. Koha Cuisine’s services include private chef dining, event catering and cooking classes. The brand takes inspiration from the Māori concept of koha, a gift or offering associated with generosity and social connection, reflecting its aim to make hosting thoughtful, memorable and delicious for both hosts and guests
