Koinonia Healthcare Limited is a specialist provider of supported living and domiciliary care for young adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, complex needs or challenging behaviour. Its aim is to create a safe, stimulating environment where people can develop, build positive relationships and feel at home. The service is designed around each individual, supporting personal growth, confidence and greater independence through the transition into adulthood.

Support can include help with daily living, such as shopping, cooking, meal planning, making beds and managing medication. Koinonia also helps people develop practical skills, manage money and bills, identify benefits, access education or employment, and take part in social and leisure activities. The organisation encourages community involvement, meaningful activities and opportunities to pursue interests, gain skills or qualifications, and build friendships. Care can also take account of communication needs, cultural or religious preferences, and challenges with social integration or anger management. Koinonia offers shared accommodation as well as support for individual independence, alongside domiciliary care services.
