Kōkako Coffee is a specialty coffee brand with a strong commitment to the earth and its people. Founded in the late 90s, they were New Zealand's first organic coffee roasters and have since grown considerably while staying true to their values. Their range of products includes premium specialty coffee, delicious drinking chocolate, and an array of pantry items from local artisans.

At their Mt Eden roastery, Kōkako distributes their coffee, provides technical support, trains baristas, and works on new innovations. The roastery team constantly experiments with new flavor profiles and sources beans from Fairtrade organic cooperatives. While primarily a production site, the roastery is open for visitors to purchase beans for home, brew gear, and coffee filters.

Kōkako also has a coffee bar at their roastery, serving espresso, Nitro, and their filter coffee of the day in the mornings from Wednesday to Friday.
