As a voluntary organization, they have a team of 500 trained experience experts nationwide, who contribute their expertise through approximately 70 hours of volunteer work. Kokemusasiantuntijat provides training and fee recommendations, which are widely used by different associations and organizations across the country. They only accept members who have completed their recommended training, consisting of a minimum of 50 hours over 4 months.
