About Kokoda Challenge
Kokoda Youth Foundation, located on the Gold Coast in Queensland, is a renowned brand that aims to inspire and empower young people through the incredible story of the Kokoda Campaign. Founded in 2004 by Vietnam Veteran Doug Henderson OAM, the foundation offers various programs and services to help young individuals develop valuable life skills. The Kokoda Youth Foundation is best known for organizing the Kokoda Challenge, an event that commemorates the historic 1942 Kokoda Campaign.
Through this event, participants can experience the courage, endurance, mateship, and sacrifice exemplified by the brave men who defended Australian soil during World War II.
