KOKON is a Czech babywearing brand created by Helena Plačková, a mother of three and trained babywearing adviser. She has worked in the Czech market since 2015, drawing on years of experience to help parents choose and use carriers. The brand’s own KOKON carrier was developed from 2019 and launched in 2023. Its Origin range features growing woven-wrap carriers designed to fit babies from birth for around 10 to 12 months, with an emphasis on ergonomic positioning, ease of use, comfort and quality craftsmanship. The designs and construction are developed in the Czech Republic, while production is carried out by a sewing company in Ukraine.
KOKON’s shop also offers carriers for different ages and needs, including newborn, preschool and twin options, as well as half-buckle carriers. Other products include babywearing coats and sweatshirts, nursing clothes, woven wraps, warm covers and fleece booties. Customers can access personal support, babywearing advice and instructional videos. The brand aims to provide attentive service throughout a family’s babywearing journey.
