CHEMNITZ ZIEHT AN

KOLLEGTIV Chemnitz GmbH is a Chemnitz-based company founded in 2025 by Katrin Bothe and Laura Thieme, experienced specialists in talent marketing and regional development. The founders have worked together since 2017 on the CHEMNITZ ZIEHT AN initiative, which has promoted jobs and life in Chemnitz and southwest Saxony since 2008. KOLLEGTIV continues to develop this initiative and helps employers attract and retain skilled professionals through services in recruitment marketing and employer branding.

CHEMNITZ ZIEHT AN combines an online job portal, promotional campaigns and a network of more than 100 human resources professionals and institutions. The network gives members opportunities to exchange experience, address challenges and share solutions. Its platform connects career opportunities with local life, helping prospective employees explore the region as well as its jobs. KOLLEGTIV also offers partnership opportunities and organizes activities such as social media campaigns, events and video projects, including collaborations with the NINERS Chemnitz basketball team.
