KOLOFUN

Kolofun, z.s. is a Czech association founded by friends who use wheelchairs and share a passion for movement, especially handcycling. The group sees cycling as a way to support physical and mental wellbeing, travel, meet new people, and experience a sense of freedom. Its mission is to make these experiences possible for everyone and promote the idea that people can be active together without differences.

Kolofun organizes cycling trips, expeditions, and races, bringing handbike users together with volunteer companions. Volunteers accompany riders and provide practical support along the way, helping make shared cycling adventures accessible. The association also offers opportunities to take part in events such as Černíkovická 12h and “Jé, co to jé?” and gives talks. Through these activities, Kolofun creates opportunities to pursue common goals, share a love of cycling, and build friendships. The organization welcomes people interested in volunteering as handbike companions, joining a trip or expedition, or supporting its work.
