Kománkův mlýn

Kománkův mlýn is a family-run event venue in Javorník, South Moravia, set in the Bílé Karpaty (White Carpathians). The historic farmstead dates to 1748 and includes a mill building and barns from 1806 and 1885, carefully restored over thirteen years. Guests can reserve the entire property, making it a private setting for weddings, corporate events, celebrations, retreats, and family gatherings.

Wedding stays are designed to span four days, with ceremonies in a plum orchard, receptions in the mill, and space to enjoy a relaxed final day. The venue has 30 beds for overnight guests and welcomes corporate groups for day or multi-day offsites. Its facilities include a traditional black kitchen with a blacksmith’s hearth, a garden, an orchard, and an outdoor fire setting.

The owners offer straightforward event arrangements, including a fixed weekend wedding price, and invite prospective clients to enquire about dates or arrange a tour. Surrounded by a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, the mill is approximately 90 minutes from Brno and 80 minutes from Bratislava
