The Japan Lullaby Association is a nonprofit organization based in Katsushika, Tokyo, dedicated to supporting mothers and children through the cultural and emotional value of traditional lullabies. It views the mother–child relationship as a foundation for human connection and works to encourage nurturing relationships, promote children’s healthy development, and help prevent child abuse. Its activities include sharing and preserving Japanese lullabies, publishing the Lullaby Newsletter, and maintaining a lullaby archive.

The association also organizes family concerts, community events, and parenting support forums, bringing families together through music and cultural activities. Its Negibozu Project, based at the former Nishimaki Elementary School in Shimonita, invites people to create a community centered on the joy of living. In Katsushika, the association provides meal deliveries for single-parent households and families facing financial hardship, while also offering opportunities to talk and seek advice.

It operates a maternal and child support consultation service and welcomes donations and other support to help sustain its work
