KOMPAS COACH

KOMPAS COACH is the practice of Pascale Blok, a qualified ecological pedagogue who supports children, parents and other people involved in a child’s upbringing. Its work focuses on building safe relationships between children and caregivers, improving communication, and helping people navigate emotions and boundaries. The aim is to support children’s development in a secure environment.

The KOMPAS Training offers families an approachable, friendly way to strengthen relationships and communication. Through games, exercises and shared agreements, families work toward their goals. KOMPAS COACH also provides workshops for professionals, presenting Pascale’s approach and the theory behind it for use in care organisations.

Other methods include Rots en Water, a psycho-physical training that develops social and emotional skills and addresses resilience, bullying and violence; Theraplay, a playful method to strengthen the bond between parent and child, with both participating; and TienerTalk, a group conversation method where teenagers discuss puberty, social situations and their experiences. Together, these services offer practical support for families, young people and professionals seeking healthier communication and relationships.
