Kompassionate Care is a nurse-owned and nurse-led adult foster home in Hillsboro, Oregon, offering personalized, resident-centered support in a comfortable, family-style setting. Managed with registered nurse oversight and operated by nurses and level 3 caregivers, the home combines professional care with a focus on dignity, respect, independence, and quality of life. Residents receive 24-hour care and supervision, individualized care plans, and support with medication management and daily routines.

Services include memory care for people living with Alzheimer’s disease and other memory-related conditions, behavioral health support, hospice support, and individualized care for people with developmental disabilities. The team also works alongside therapy professionals to encourage mobility, strength, and independence through physical and occupational therapy support.
