Kompetenzmarkt is a Swiss online marketplace and business directory focused on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). It brings companies, potential customers and business partners together, helping visitors find businesses by name, industry or location. The platform features company listings across a wide range of sectors, along with new additions, popular searches and top-ranked profiles. Visitors can browse an extensive directory of tens of thousands of businesses and explore company portraits that present key information and services.

Businesses can create a free company profile to showcase their organisation and its offerings. Profiles may include details such as a logo, employees, references and cooperation partners. The platform explains that profile completeness can influence a company’s ranking in category listings and search results when competing listings have similar relevance. This gives businesses a practical way to improve their visibility and be easier to discover. Kompetenzmarkt is presented as part of the VADIAN.NET network, alongside related online services and websites.
