KONE

KONE Taiwan is part of KONE, one of the world’s largest elevator and escalator companies. The brand focuses on improving the flow of people in cities and supporting more comfortable, smart urban living through equipment, services, and people-flow solutions.

For new buildings, KONE offers elevators for residential, commercial, high-rise, hospital, and service applications, including machine-room and machine-room-less models. Its product range also includes escalators and moving walks designed for retail settings and busy public transport environments such as metro stations and airports. Smart people-flow solutions support access and destination control, information displays, and equipment monitoring.

For existing buildings, KONE provides maintenance for elevators, escalators, and automatic doors across brands and equipment types. Its modernization services include complete replacements, modular upgrades, and component improvements for elevators and escalators. KONE also offers retrofit elevator solutions for buildings without elevators. These services are intended to help customers maintain equipment throughout its lifecycle while improving reliability, energy efficiency, comfort, and appearance.
