About Kong Martial Arts
Kong Martial Arts is a martial arts school in Bracknell, Berkshire, established in 2018. Based at Ranelagh School on Ranelagh Drive, the club welcomes beginners and experienced students, with classes grouped by age and ability. Its programme covers stand-up and ground-based training, including adult and children’s kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in both Gi and No Gi formats, MMA, K1 and boxing.
Younger members can join toddler sessions and age-specific classes, while options are also available for teenagers and adults. Kickboxing is a core speciality, with training that also draws on boxing, Taekwondo and Muay Thai techniques. Separate BJJ classes focus on the discipline, while MMA combines stand-up and ground fighting.
The club presents training as a way to build fitness, conditioning, confidence and self-defence skills, as well as an opportunity to make friends and take part in competition.
