Kongsberg Padleklubb

Kongsberg Padleklubb is a paddling club based in Kongsberg, Norway, welcoming new and experienced paddlers to activities on rivers, at sea and in the swimming pool. Its program combines training, courses and group trips, with opportunities for people of different ages and skill levels to develop their abilities and enjoy time on the water.

The club offers sea kayaking and touring activities, including courses, shared outings and longer trips along the coast. River paddling brings instruction, trips and play in waves and rapids, while children and young people can take part in dedicated activities and training. Members can also join indoor pool sessions during autumn and winter to practise skills such as the eskimo roll and rescue techniques. The calendar includes courses at different levels, skills gatherings, family-friendly trips and events such as slalom competitions. Kongsberg Padleklubb also provides information about kayak rental, membership and safety, helping paddlers find suitable ways to participate, learn and build confidence throughout the season.
