KonnektTalexio

KonnektTalexio brings together recruitment, HR technology and payroll services to support organisations across Malta and Cyprus. Its solutions cover key stages of the employee journey, helping businesses hire talent and manage ongoing people operations through specialist teams and software.

Konnekt provides recruitment services, from specialist hires to larger hiring needs, drawing on local market knowledge, an established candidate network and experienced recruiters. Talexio offers an HR platform for managing employee data, leave, payroll, attendance, performance and other core processes, helping teams reduce administrative work. Konnekt Payroll provides outsourced payroll support, with specialists managing the process and responding to client needs.

The group also works with partners in Malta and Cyprus. Its partnership options include referrals, technology and implementation collaborations, and extending partners’ service offerings with recruitment, HR software or payroll expertise. By combining these capabilities, KonnektTalexio gives organisations access to connected support for recruitment and day-to-day HR, while allowing clients and partners to work with the specialist team suited to their requirements.
