Kool Balloon is a Dutch hot-air ballooning company that has been offering flights since 1990. It creates memorable experiences above the countryside, combining quiet, open views and the changing perspective of travelling with the wind. Flights take place throughout the Netherlands, with most departures in central regions, including Utrecht and nearby towns such as Amersfoort, Nieuwegein, Houten, Veenendaal and Zeist. The landscapes may include woods, rivers, orchards, villages and fields.
The company specialises in small balloons carrying no more than six passengers. Individual passengers can join a shared flight, while families or friends can book a premium flight in a balloon reserved for their own group, with no other passengers. Private groups can choose a balloon for four, five or six people. Kool Balloon also offers boarding tickets and gift vouchers, and customers can arrange a flight through its website.
