Kirjastus Koolibri

Koolibri is one of Estonia’s oldest and largest publishing houses, with a catalogue shaped by its motto, “books that educate.” The publisher produces learning materials alongside a wide range of general-interest titles, including dictionaries, reference books, popular nonfiction, and both original and translated literature. Its extensive children’s list features picture books, early-reading titles, stories, activity books, and books for young readers.

For schools, Koolibri offers textbooks, workbooks, teaching aids, and other curriculum resources across subjects and grade levels. Its materials support Estonian-language education as well as the transition to Estonian-language learning, and include resources for learning Estonian as a second language. The company also publishes digital and printable teaching materials.

Customers can browse and purchase books through the Koolibri online shop, which serves individual readers and provides a separate ordering environment for schools and kindergartens. The publisher also highlights new releases, seasonal promotions, author events, presentations, and training. Based in Tallinn, Koolibri serves readers, families, teachers, and educational institutions throughout Estonia.
