Koolmesh

Koolmesh provides a wireless platform for lighting control and building automation, using Bluetooth Mesh to connect luminaires, sensors and compatible building systems. Its solutions support wireless lighting control, emergency-lighting testing and energy efficiency, while helping organisations extend lighting infrastructure into wider building management with less additional cabling.

The platform brings together lighting, occupancy, indoor air quality, energy and compatible HVAC data. Users can configure and manage projects remotely, create schedules, monitor performance through dashboards, and set alarms and control logic. Lighting and sensor information can also connect to existing building management systems through open BACnet and Modbus protocols, supporting integration without dependence on a closed platform.

Koolmesh serves lighting manufacturers and OEMs, system integrators, specifiers, consultants, building owners and facility teams. Its offerings include hardware and services, commissioning tools, building-layer capabilities, documentation and project support. Applications span education, healthcare, retail and industrial settings. Case studies highlight deployments in a Rotterdam warehouse, at Repton School and at Battersea Studios, illustrating uses ranging from automated scheduling to lighting control across different technologies.
