KOPAPLAY is a tournament management platform for amateur and professional soccer and futsal events in the United States. It brings the key tasks of organizing and running a tournament together in one system, helping leagues, academies, and event organizers coordinate activities from team registration through the final results.

Organizers can manage player and team sign-ups, payments, balanced schedules, groups, knockout brackets, match-day check-in, and referee assignments. The platform also supports live score entry, standings, statistics, reports, and data exports, keeping participants and families informed as games progress. Results feed into updated tables and player records, while tournament information is available through KOPAPLAY’s mobile app.

A central feature is the KOPAPLAY Passport, a digital and physical player identity that includes a player ID, QR verification, history, parent information, verified documents, and a career timeline. By connecting registrations, fixtures, scores, and player identities, KOPAPLAY aims to reduce organizers’ reliance on spreadsheets and group chats and provide a more coordinated, transparent experience for everyone involved.
