Koppelschleuse Meppen is a cultural network in Meppen that brings together five partners to combine culture and tourism in a picturesque setting. The network comprises the Jugend- und Kulturgästehaus, designed by renowned artist Franz Erhard Walther, the Stadtmuseum, the Emsland Archäologie Museum, the Meppener Kunstkreis e. V.
