Alfred Kordelinin säätiö

Alfred Kordelin Foundation is a Finnish foundation dedicated to advancing education, knowledge and culture. Guided by its aim to promote breakthroughs in learning and intellectual life, it supports initiatives with societal, scientific, educational or artistic significance. Its activities include awarding grants across science, the arts and public education, as well as funding ambitious cultural projects intended to create lasting impact beyond the grant period. The foundation also administers targeted funds, including the Gust. Kompa Fund, which supports chemistry education and research and helps introduce chemistry to wider audiences.

In addition to grants, the foundation presents awards, including the Alfred Kordelin Award and prizes from its funds.
