Koren

Grabmale Koren is a family-run stone and sculpting business in Herne, Germany, with roots dating back to 1933, when it was founded in Gelsenkirchen. Now led by master stonemason Carsten Koren, the company has served customers for three generations and has been based in Herne since 2009. Its work combines longstanding craft experience with personal guidance and individually tailored designs, with a focus on quality and fair pricing.

The company creates memorials for family tombs, single and lawn graves, and urn graves. Its services include engraving, inscriptions, ornaments, grave borders, and lettering for columbarium plaques. Customers can choose from memorials made of granite, sandstone, limestone, and marble, as well as grave lanterns and vases to complete the appearance of a resting place. Grabmale Koren presents its work at its showroom on Castroper Straße in Herne and welcomes visitors from across North Rhine-Westphalia. Appointments outside regular weekday opening hours can be arranged by telephone.
