KORE Pitching is a pitching performance and development service focused on building velocity through efficient movement while helping reduce injury risk. It works with pitchers from high school through professional baseball, offering in-person and remote assessments and training support.

Each assessment combines biomechanical analysis with strength and mobility testing. KORE Pitching uses its in-house metrics to identify movement inefficiencies and potential injury-risk markers, then provides results through the KORE app. Clients receive an individualized report explaining the findings and a training plan with practical next steps.

The process includes assessment, analysis, activation, and progress tracking. Customized support may include an activation program, a pre-throw routine, and specific training targets. Follow-up tracking and reassessment help pitchers measure their progress and evaluate changes over time.
