Köroğlu Tekstil is an İstanbul-based menswear manufacturer serving European brands since 1997. Specialising in trousers, the company produces chinos, tailored trousers, denim, canvas pants, shorts, suits and blazers. Its work spans cottons, wool and wool blends, denim, corduroy, flannel and other fabrics, with product development, pattern-making, cutting and sewing carried out in-house.

Orders begin with a client’s tech pack, followed by pattern grading, sampling and approval before production. The factory uses automated Bullmer cutting tables, Juki and Brother sewing lines, and Rotondi pressing equipment; washing is handled through trusted partners. Each stage is overseen by the same team, with quality checks before products are prepared for shipment.

Köroğlu Tekstil reports capacity of up to 1,200 pieces per day, a minimum order of 200 pieces and a typical production lead time of four to six weeks. Road delivery takes three to five days to Central Europe and longer to the UK and Scandinavia.
