About Balaton Art Residency
Dél-Balatoni Kortárs Alkotóműhely és Art Residency is a prominent brand dedicated to supporting and promoting young contemporary painters in their artistic endeavors. With the aim of fostering successful artistic and economic activities, this brand offers a multifaceted program that spans over a week. During this program, artists work continuously on their creations, drawing inspiration from their surroundings and collaborating with fellow artists.
Additionally, the brand facilitates the IrodART Program, where the works of talented Hungarian contemporary artists are exhibited in the offices and meeting rooms of participating companies, fostering a creative and inspiring work environment. The brand's previous programs have attracted over 250 applicants and welcomed approximately 70 participating artists, all of whom have benefitted from the artistic and professional opportunities provided.
