Koru Creativity is a UK consultancy founded by Paul McDowell, bringing together his thirty years of education leadership with a longstanding interest in interiors and lifestyle design. Working remotely and in person with clients throughout the United Kingdom, the consultancy helps schools, organisations and individuals navigate change and plan what comes next. Its two studios offer distinct services guided by a shared belief in personal, thoughtful growth.

Koru Learning supports schools, trusts and organisations with curriculum and enrichment, leadership coaching, team cohesion, inclusion, belonging, and the development of culture and learning environments. Koru Living helps adults facing life transitions, such as a move or relationship breakup, through interior and outdoor-space design, wardrobe audits, personal shopping, and next-chapter planning. The approach is considered and practical, rather than focused on quick makeovers or generic templates.

The brand takes its name from the koru, a Māori symbol inspired by the unfurling silver fern, associated with new life, growth, strength and peace.
