Kosta Kromidas

Kostas Kromidas Longevity & Performance Coaching provides personalized fitness and health coaching in Vancouver and online. Drawing on more than four decades in the fitness industry, Kostas helps clients build strength, improve energy and body composition, and support long-term health through practical, structured coaching. His services include strength training, nutrition strategy, body composition coaching, and guidance on hormone optimization, TRT, bloodwork consultations, and peptide-related longevity approaches. Hormone support is provided in collaboration with medical professionals when appropriate.

Coaching is tailored to individual goals and focuses on sustainable habits rather than extreme diets or one-size-fits-all programs. Training plans aim to build lean muscle, improve physical performance, and address mobility, recovery, and exercise technique. Nutrition guidance is designed to support metabolic health, energy, and body composition, while longevity-focused strategies emphasize healthy aging, recovery, and vitality.

Kostas works with people at different experience levels, including men over 40 seeking support with performance and long-term wellbeing. The practice also offers consultations and coaching for clients pursuing fitness, physique, or sport-specific goals.
