Kotalan Talli

Kotalan Talli is a Finnish horse-breeding and equestrian operation focused on developing and presenting sport horses. Its featured stallion, Sir Sawyer Francis, known as Santtu, was approved for breeding in 2024 with first prize and named the best FWB stallion at the Finnish stallion licensing event in Ypäjä. The young horse is described by the licensing committee and his rider as athletic, energetic, balanced and willing to work, with expressive gaits and a particularly adjustable canter.

His pedigree brings together established dressage lines, including San Amour, Jazz and Come Back II, alongside a Holsteiner mare family. Kotalan Talli offers breeding services for Sir Sawyer Francis, including arrangements through Hingunniemi Stallion Station, with insemination and pregnancy-fee options specified for the 2025 season. The stable also shares information about the stallion’s pedigree, temperament, training and relatives, helping mare owners assess his suitability.

Its approach combines an emphasis on sport-horse quality with attention to sound movement, trainability and a kind, cooperative character
