Koto City Children’s Plaza is a community facility in Sumiyoshi, Koto City, Tokyo, bringing together services and spaces for children, families, and local residents. Its child and family support center offers a parenting drop-in space, parenting consultations, specialist advice, and short-term respite childcare for eligible young children. The plaza also operates a children’s library with age-based book collections, reading areas, study rooms, group-learning spaces, and library events.
