The Traffic Orphan Education Association is dedicated to fostering educational opportunities for children who have lost parents to traffic accidents. Founded in Japan, the organization aims to create an environment where every orphaned child can afford their education, while actively campaigning for a future free from traffic incidents and drunk driving.

With a mission to cultivate socially useful individuals, the association provides interest-free loans and scholarships to support high school and university students whose families face financial hardships due to road traffic accidents. They have awarded over 579 billion yen in loans to more than 58,000 students since their inception, and their offerings include financial aid for school-related expenses, residential support, and specialized programs for enhancing learning and life skills.

In addition to financial assistance, the organization promotes community building through educational seminars, overseas language training, and initiatives aimed at raising awareness about traffic safety. Their dedicated dormitories, "Kokoro Juku," offer a nurturing environment for students transitioning into higher education in metropolitan areas.
