KOUČMED

KOUČMED is a personal coaching and relationship-support practice run by Jana Mladá, offering guidance for people seeking greater understanding of their emotions, lives, and relationships. Drawing on eight years of work with clients and her own life experience, Jana supports individuals as they explore difficult situations, discover new perspectives, and move toward greater calm, respect, self-worth, and satisfaction.

The practice provides emotional coaching, etikoterapia, and relationship mediation, alongside individual sessions, couples’ therapy and relationship counseling, and advice for parents. KOUČMED also offers talks, workshops, and courses focused on practical themes such as anger, children’s emotions, boundaries in parenting, motivation, fear and stress, and connecting communication. Its services address emotional challenges, relationship difficulties, and parenting concerns, helping clients consider how they respond and communicate. The website also features articles discussing partnership, emotional reactions, and children’s experiences. KOUČMED is intended for people who want support in navigating personal or family challenges and building greater understanding in their everyday relationships.
