Kovant provides AI software for autonomous, self-learning and governed supply chain operations. Its platform coordinates work across supply, inventory, demand and fulfilment, keeping operations aligned through shared context and rules set by each customer. Teams describe an operation in plain language, define its authority limits and deploy it within their own environment. Kovant then runs tasks end to end, including sourcing, purchasing, supplier follow-up, inventory replenishment, demand forecasting, ageing-stock management, and order allocation and tracking. It works with existing ERP and other business systems rather than replacing them, while employees can collaborate with agents through Concierge and handle escalated exceptions.

Designed for enterprise use, Kovant runs in the customer’s chosen region and tenant; the company says customer data is not copied to Kovant systems or used to train models. Permissions can be configured for each operational lane, and actions are logged with their inputs, reasoning and results. Kovant is ISO 27001 certified and states that it is built to meet GDPR and the EU AI Act.
